A Normally, we transport machines by sea, air, land or international express. We will give you the best suggestion according to your address, the machine type and budget.

Q When the machine can't work well, what should I do?
A Engineer is online for 24 hours, they can check the problem and then give you a solution in two hours.
During warranty period, if any problems of machine parts under "normal use", new machine parts will be sent to you by air for free.

Q What is the payment term?
A You can transfer 30% or 50% deposit in advance, then we start to produce machine for you. When machine is ready, we will take photos and videos to you and inform you to transfer the balance. Machine will be sent to you after we receive your finial payment.

Q What's the minimum order quantity?
A The MOQ is one set machine, if you order more one time, the price will be better.
