1. Fiber Laser Marking Machine can mark on all metals and some opaque non-metals.
Application materials of Fiber Laser marking machine: stainless steel, carbon steel, gold, silver, iron, copper, aluminum, steel, plastic, PVC, epoxy resin, rubber, leather, ceramics, ABS materials, coating materials, plating materials, metal oxide surface, etc.
2. Co2 Laser Marking Machine is used for marking non-metallic materials.
Co2 Laser Marking Machine has two kinds of laser source: Co2 laser glass tube and Co2 laser RF source. The laser spot of Co2 laser RF source is smaller, but its price is higher.
Application materials of Co2 Laser Marking Machine: most non-metallic materials such as paper, acrylic, PVC, jean, leather, fabric, glass, ceramics, marble, bamboo, wood, MDF, plastic, etc.
3. UV Laser Marking Machine is for ultra-fine marking.
The wavelength of UV laser is 355nm . 355nm UV laser is cold light, which has a very small laser spot. UV laser can greatly reduce thermal reaction or thermal deformation to the materials when marking.
Applications of UV Laser Marking Machine: flexible PCB, silicon wafer, glass, metal electroplating materials, wires, plastic buttons, electronic components, communication equipments, building materials, etc.
